DELIVERY PRICES
We offer a range of UK delivery options:
Standard Delivery - £4.25
Usually arrives within 3-5 working days once the order is dispatched from us.
Delivered by Royal Mail on their 'Tracked 48' service with online tracking.
Express Delivery - £6.95
Usually arrives within 1-2 working days once the order is dispatched from us.
Delivered by Royal Mail on their 'Tracked 24' service with online tracking.
Small to Medium Furniture Delivery - From £6.95
Usually arrives within 1-2 working days once the order is dispatched from us.
Delivered by UPS on their 'UPS Standard' service with online tracking.
Medium to Large Furniture Delivery - From £14.95
Usually arrives within 2-5 working days once the order is dispatched from us.
Delivered by Furdeco on their '2-Person Home Delivery' service.
ORDER DISPATCHES
Accessory orders
We aim to dispatch accessory orders to Royal Mail within 2 working days from our warehouse, however in most cases we will dispatch on the next working day. In some cases it may take a little longer to dispatch an order due to circumstances beyond our control. Royal Mail collect from our warehouse Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Small to medium furniture orders
We aim to dispatch small to medium furniture orders to UPS within 2 working days. All items of furniture are received and held at our warehouse, and UPS collection is made from our warehouse.
Medium to large furniture orders
We dispatch medium to large furniture orders to Furdeco once a week only (excluding bank holidays). Our Furdeco collection take place from our warehouse.
Pre-order, custom order, or made-to-order
For pre-order, custom order, or made-to-order items, the lead-times shown on our products pages will apply. Any lead-times given are best estimates, and based on information provided to us by the brand, which may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. The production lead-times given do not include time to deliver to our warehouse, and does not include the time taken to quality check items, and complete the delivery to you.

Royal Mail
Standard delivery orders sent on 'Tracked 48' are usually delivered between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Royal Mail aim to deliver on this service within 2-3 working days, however this is not a guarantee. For some postcodes your order may take a little longer to reach you due to local issues beyond our control.
Express delivery orders sent on 'Tracked 24' are usually delivered between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Royal Mail aim to deliver on this service within 1-2 working days, however this is not a guarantee. For some postcodes your order may take a little longer to reach you due to local issues beyond our control.
Royal Mail may require a signature on delivery for all services.

UPS
Small furniture or larger accessory orders sent on 'UPS Standard' are usually delivered between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday (except bank holidays). UPS aim to deliver on this service within 1-2 working days depending on your region of the UK, however this is not a guarantee. For some postcodes your order may take a little longer to reach you due to local issues beyond our control.
UPS may require a signature on delivery for all services.

Furdeco
Medium and large furniture orders sent on '2-Person Home Delivery' are usually delivered between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Saturday (except bank holidays). Furdeco aim to deliver on this service within 2-5 working days, however this is not a guarantee. Some deliveries may take a little longer to reach you due to the availability of delivery drivers, accessibility of the delivery address and vehicular access, and the receivers availability to accept a delivery on a given date. Please note that for some areas of Scotland and the Highlands, a third party company may be used to complete the delivery which may take a few extra days due to the handover.
Upholstered sofa and daybed orders are delivered using a white glove service as standard to a room of choice at the delivery address. All other furniture orders are delivered to the door/hallway at the delivery address.
Furdeco will either call, text, or email to book a convenient delivery date and timeframe.
Deliveries will need to be checked, and any damages reported to Furdeco upon signing.

Lost or Stolen Orders
We (Kin) cannot accept liability if you fail to receive your order due to the following circumstances:
A change of delivery instructions which you provide to the delivery company. For example, if you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a safe place (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour). We send items with the intention of this being signed and received by the recipient.
The item is accepted by a reception or concierge service at your chosen delivery address, that is subsequently lost or stolen. This would need to be taken up with the reception or concierge service, or person/s signing for, or accepting the delivery on your behalf.
Refusal of Delivery / Failed Delivery
If you refuse your delivery and the items are returned to us, or if the delivery fails due to a person not being available to accept the delivery, then a further delivery charge will be incurred (at the actual cost price) before delivery is reattempted again. When a refund is not agreed the items remain your property and responsibility. You will also be charged to return (at the actual cost price) the items to us by our delivery partner. Any refused/unclaimed items that have been sent to our warehouse may be destroyed after 1 year has passed from the original sale date.
COLLECTION FROM KIN
Orders are usually available for collection within 1-2 working days. This delivery method can be selected during the online checkout process.
Once your order is ready for collection an email will be sent to notify you. If you have selected to have delivery notifications by text message this will also be sent to you. Please bring a copy of the notification email and a form of photo ID with you on collection. If someone else is collecting on your behalf then they will need the email and a form of ID of the person who placed the order.
Orders will be held for 14 days, after which they will be returned to the KIN warehouse and a refund processed.
