*Please note that we aim to dispatch orders to Royal Mail on the next working day following an order. Royal Mail collects on weekdays only (Monday to Friday). For medium to large orders requiring UPS, please allow a few working days for us to dispatch your order. UPS collects on Mondays and Thursdays. If your order is received on a weekend (Saturday and Sunday), then we aim to dispatch your order on the following Monday.*

If you have a question in relation to an order return:

If you wish to return all, or part of your order to us, please log into your customer account and select 'request return' against the order you wish to return. You can log into your customer account by entering the email address you used to place the order, and a 6 digit security code which will be sent on email. Once the request is accepted, you will receive an email from us with the details on how to complete the return.

*Please note that we can only accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery of your order.*
